Join the Movement

Join the movement by walking or running to raise funds to prevent the Mirabel Center from closing its doors. The Mirabel Centre is a Sexual Assault Referral Centre (SARC) based in Lagos. The Centre provides holistic and high quality medical and psychosocial services to survivors of rape and sexual assault. The Mirabel Centre is the first SARC in Nigeria and the second in West Africa. The Centre provides services to a diverse age range, however more than 70% of their clients are under 18.

The Mirabel Centre turned 4 years old on July 1, 2017 and to that date has provided services to more than 1609 individuals, of which 43 were male, 30 were pregnant girls and 4 judgments were issued. The staff have done an amazing job. Lets help them so that they can continue this much needed service in Lagos and its environs.

About Kwavi

Kwavi Agbeyegbe is a Lifestyle Coach that specializes in weight loss and healthy living. She is also an International Motivational Speaker. She founded to help smart, ambitious women over the age of 40 lose weight and adopt a healthy lifestyle. Kwavi inspires women all over the world to transform their lives and bodies.

Kwavi uses group and one-on-one programs to coach her clients. Her 3-step approach involves uncovering the cause, revealing the solution and experiencing the results. She provides tools and support to assist you in leading a healthy lifestyle. She has has more than 25 years of experience helping women transform their lives and bodies.

She also believes in giving back and works tirelessly to combat childhood obesity. She ran the Chicago marathon in 2012 to raise money for childhood obesity and in 2013 organized a 5K race in collaboration with the Association of Nigerian Physicians in Americas – Georgia Chapter to raise money to combat the childhood obesity epidemic.

She received her B.Sc. in Information Technology from the Thames Valley University in the United Kingdom, and obtained a Masters in Medical Informatics degree from Northwestern University in Chicago. She trained with the Well Coaches School of Coaching; a program endorsed by the American College of Sports Medicine and is a Certified Weight Coach through the Life Coach School.

Kwavi is a wife and mother to 2 young boys. She is an International Health Motivational Speaker, Zumba Instructor and Marathoner. She has been featured on NBC, CBS , Atlanta Journal Constitution, Best Self and is a blogger with the Huffington Post.
